TEUN has been working for PCB manifacturer Semecs for years, to the satisfaction of Jan-Frederik Kalee, CEO/CCO of the SERO EMS Group.

"As a PCB producer, Semecs is a manufacturing company par excellence. Let us work operationally with a client, and you will notice in everything that we understand our profession. But selling ourselves to the market, that's something completely different.

In fact, at that moment we are selling an intangible product, almost in a service-like manner. That is a quality that does not naturally exist in our organization."

Kalee has worked with several agencies and also considered hiring a marketer. But according to him, that's not the solution.

"Who are you looking for then? A heavy thinker or a practical doer?"

We notice that inquiries are increasingly coming from the right market areas. With this, they ensure high-quality new business, something we never managed to achieve on our own."
